Good morning, The following is the case: I have a laptop with Windows 8.1 installed on it + Office 365. If I want to save a file or from a program (Office, Paint.NET, Chrome, mohito Snipping Tool, etc.) then runs that same window and only after first 2 minutes I get to see Windows Explorer to navigate to the desired location. If he responds, he also responds well and quickly. In just open Windows Explorer, I have no problems. I have no USB drives connected. Not even sure that the process starts along with Windows. Task Manager> Start> right click on Mobile Broadband> Disable Then I advise you to restart the computer and see if your problem is resolved.
I would love to know which folder dialog box that shows the Explorer, because that will be a specific location (eg Documents.), So another folder as Explorer 'loose' it opens.
