To organize lids files, you often have two or more windows explorer open at the same time. That's convenient, but of course it would still be easier if there was a program that you can four windows open simultaneously in the same program.
Q-dir gives you that functionality. lids Q stands for Quad, since Q-Dir is a Quad Explorer, a scout with four windows. The free software you can operate in four different locations on your PC at the same time. Q-Dir is a simple program to use. The layout and functionality are strongly based on Windows Explorer, lids so that everyone will feel so at home in the program.
The convenience of four places at the same time to work is reason enough to give this software a chance, but of course the freeware other functions. So you can easily filter out files on their extension and have the individual windows some handy shortcuts, including to the notebook and the MS-DOS command window that opens directly into the appropriate folder.
